Shimmer

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Next Epic Co., Ltd. operates Shimmer, an app for working with AI agents, project records, and to-dos. This policy explains how Shimmer handles information when you use the service.

Account information

When you sign in with Google, Shimmer receives your Google account identifier and, when verified by Google, your email address. Shimmer uses this information to identify and authenticate your account and provide account features, including team membership. Shimmer does not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, or other Google content.

If you sign in with Apple, Shimmer receives an Apple account identifier and may receive an email address. Shimmer uses this information to identify and authenticate your account.

Projects, conversations, and team sharing

Your projects, records, to-dos, conversations, and attachments are stored on the devices you use with Shimmer. Connected devices may also keep local copies or drafts.

When you register a project with a team, Shimmer stores the project's records, to-dos, and their attachments on its server so team members can view them. This includes existing items and subsequent changes. Conversations are not included in team project sharing. Only share projects and files that you want your team to see.

When you send a message or attachment to an AI agent, the selected AI provider may process it under that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Notifications and service operation

If you enable notifications, Shimmer uses a device notification token to deliver them. Notification services may receive the session title and notification type. Shimmer also processes connection and diagnostic information to operate and troubleshoot the service.

Shimmer uses service providers, including hosting and notification providers, to operate these features. Information shared with a team is available to that team's members.

Retention and your choices

Account information is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account from Shimmer's account settings. Deleting an account does not delete records stored locally on your devices. You can also remove a project from a team to remove its shared server copy and associated attachments.
